Serving the north metro

Roof work done properly, the first time.

Northside Roofing handles replacements, repairs and storm damage for homes across the north side of the metro. Clear pricing, tidy crews, and a written scope before anybody sets foot on your roof.

What you get from us

  • A written scope and a fixed price before work starts
  • Photos of every problem area we find
  • Site left clean, nails swept, gutters cleared
  • Workmanship covered for ten years

Three things we do well

We stay narrow on purpose. Everything below is work our own crews do — we don't subcontract the roof itself out to whoever is free that week.

Full roof replacement

Tear-off down to the deck, rotten sheeting replaced, new underlayment and shingles, flashing redone at every penetration.

  • Architectural or three-tab shingles
  • Ridge and soffit ventilation checked
  • Typically two to three days on site

Repairs & leak tracing

Most leaks aren't where the stain is. We trace the water back to its actual entry point before quoting anything.

  • Flashing, boot and valley repairs
  • Missing or lifted shingle replacement
  • Written report with photos either way

Storm & hail damage

Free post-storm inspection, documented properly so your insurer has what they need without three rounds of back and forth.

  • Full photo documentation
  • Emergency tarping if the roof is open
  • We meet the adjuster on site

A small crew, on purpose

Big enough to get your roof done in a week. Small enough that the person who quoted the job is the person standing on it.

Northside Roofing has been working on the north side of the metro since 2011. We run two crews and we don't take on more work than those two crews can finish properly. That means we occasionally tell people we can't start for three weeks — and it also means we've never left a roof open over a weekend because a crew got pulled onto another job.

Every quote is a fixed price against a written scope. If we open the roof and find rotten decking underneath, we photograph it, show you, and price it before we replace it. Nobody gets a surprise invoice at the end.

We work on shingle roofs, mostly on single-family homes between about 1,200 and 3,500 square feet. If your project is a commercial flat roof or a slate roof, we're the wrong company and we'll say so on the phone rather than waste your afternoon.

Get an instant estimate

Answer a few questions about your roof and you'll get a realistic price range in about a minute — no phone call required to find out roughly what you're looking at.

The estimator asks for the property address, the rough age and shape of the roof, and what's prompting the work — age, a leak, or storm damage. It uses that to put a range around the job. It is a starting point, not a contract: the final fixed price comes after somebody has actually been up there and looked at the decking, the flashing and the ventilation.

Nothing you enter commits you to anything, and we don't sell contact details on to anybody.

Once you've got your range, the next step is a site visit. That takes about forty-five minutes: we'll get up on the roof, check the decking from the attic side where we can, and come back to you with a fixed written price within two working days.

1. Estimate

You get a price range on screen straight away, with no obligation and no sales call attached to it.

2. Site visit

We come out, inspect properly, photograph anything that concerns us, and talk you through the options.

3. Fixed price

A written scope and a fixed price within two working days, valid for sixty days from the date we send it.
